Great variety of trails just 20 minutes from your Hotel.

Hacienda Las Varas is one of the best places to practice mountain biking. On the way to Farellones at kilometer 4, we will begin to enter our Andes mountain range. An ascent of approximately 45 minutes that will take us to find trails and wonderful views, being able to observe the entire Santiago Valley next to the immensity of our Andes Mountains.
Depending on your level, you can find multiple Enduro mountain bike trails.

Degree of difficulty: sport to expert. Duration 3-4 hours / 25 to 30 km.

We had an absolute blast! I can’t say enough good things about the ride. Jean Claude picked us up at the hotel and once we got our bikes (which were awesome) we took off through the city streets of Santiago straight up to the mountains. They did a great job assessing our skill level and endurance to make sure we both had a good experience. The climbs were challenging and fun while the downhills were all fun! Jean Claude’s English is perfect which was really helpful as my Spanish is very limited. If your thinking of heading to Chile for work or pleasure I would definitely work this ride into your plans any time of year. Chile is truly one of the best places on earth to bike but you’ll need guide and Jean Claude is the best.
