Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your confirmed reservation, it is important to take into account our cancellation policy.
1.- Cancellation fee 20% of the total cost of the trip.
Additionally:
- For cancellations made between 60 and 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a 50% loss of the total trip price will apply.
- For cancellations made between 44 days and the day of departure, 100% of the total fare will be retained.
These percentages are adjusted to cover administrative and operational costs associated with the preparation and booking of your customized experience
Weather Policy
In case of rain prior to the ride, Biketur reserves the right to modify the original route for safety reasons. Alternative trails and roads will be selected to ensure a fun, safe, and equally challenging experience for all riders.
