Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel your confirmed reservation, it is important to take into account our cancellation policy.

1.- Cancellation fee 20% of the total cost of the trip.

Additionally:

• For cancellations made between 60 and 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a 50% loss of the total trip price will apply.
• For cancellations made between 44 days and the day of departure, 100% of the total fare will be retained.

These percentages are adjusted to cover administrative and operational costs associated with the preparation and booking of your customized experience
